FULL MOON CIRCLE ☾

As the moon reaches her fullest, each month we gather in an intimate circle to slow down, turn inward and reconnect with ourselves.

De volle maan nodigt ons uit om stil te staan bij de cyclus die we hebben doorlopen, te erkennen wat deze ons heeft gebracht en zachtjes los te laten wat we niet langer willen meedragen.

Tijdens deze cirkel van 90 minuten in de Cielo space komen we samen om ceremoniële cacao te drinken, een intentie te zetten en via begeleide meditatie en zachte ademhalingsoefeningen naar binnen te keren. We nemen deel aan een full moon release-ritueel en sluiten af met sound, reflectie en een moment van delen in een kleine, veilige cirkel.

Een moment om te vertragen, te verzachten, los te laten en ruimte te maken voor wat mag komen.

The full moon invites us to reflect on the cycle we’ve moved through, honour what it has brought us, and gently release what we no longer wish to carry.

During this 90-minute gathering in the Cielo space, we’ll share ceremonial cacao, set an intention, journey inward through guided meditation and gentle breathing exercises, and take part in a full moon release ritual. We’ll close with sound & reflection in a small, supportive circle.

A space to pause, soften, let go and make room for what’s next.
