Qi Gong & Massage

Experience a taste of our Healing Hands retreat. Through solo and partner practices, we explore how to perceive Qi, develop sensitivity trough the hands and deepen our connection with ourselves and others.

We will also share the philosophy behind the Healing Hands-practice and how it can become a path of awareness, balance and care.

Let's introduce the teachers:

Kierty Verbooy the founder of EQuilibrium Maastricht, he devoted his life to the study and teaching of ancient healing methods and martial arts and is an expert massage therapist with more than 30 years of experience.

Giulio Saltelli the founder of Spirit Arts Academy, is an expert in Taoist philosophy and inner arts. He specializes in Qi Gong, the ancient Chinese practise of energy work.

You buy a ticket for 2 days full of Qi Gong and massage - practise from 10 - 16 o 'clock plus vegetarian/vegan meals, fruit and tea/water (so there is no accommodation included!).


Ervaar een voorproefje van onze Healing Hands retreat. Met behulp van solo- en partneroefeningen verkennen we hoe je Qi kunt waarnemen, gevoeligheid via de handen ontwikkelt en de verbinding met jezelf en anderen verdiept.

We delen ook de filosofie achter de Healing Hands-praktijk en hoe dit een pad kan worden van bewustzijn, balans en zorgzaamheid.

Kierty Verbooy, de oprichter van EQuilibrium Maastricht, heeft zijn leven gewijd aan de studie en het onderwijzen van oude geneeswijzen en martial arts en is een deskundig massagetherapeut met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring.

Giulio Saltelli, de oprichter van Spirit Arts Academy, is een expert op het gebied van taoïstische filosofie en innerlijke kunsten. Hij is gespecialiseerd in Qi Gong, de oude Chinese praktijk van energiewerk.

Je koopt een ticket voor 2 dagen vol met praktische Qi Gong en massage - oefeningen van 10 - 16 uur, plus vegetarische/veganistische maaltijden, fruit en thee/water (zonder overnachting!).
