Kom naar Khulana Ecstatic Dance: een plek waar muziek, intentie en community samenkomen voor een magische ervaring.

🕉️ Ceremonie
We starten de ochtend met een moment van verstilling, verdieping en verbinding.
Deze keer verzorgd door Meike Jansen en Jade. Een aantal gezamenlijke oefeningen om uit het hoofd in het hart te bewegen en dieper te verbinden met het lichaam en elkaar.
De ceremonie sluiten we af met, wederom, een yoga nidra sessie van Tjeerd Buis en Joshua Samson. Zeer ontspannend en diep voedend.

🎧 Ecstatic Dance
DJ Socrates neemt je mee in zijn warme, zomerse smaak waarin akoustische muziek zich sfeervol afwisseld met electronische muziek. Perfect voor de zondag ochtend sessie!

Ecstatic Dance is jouw moment om je vrij te bewegen, zonder oordeel en in overgave.

10:15 — deur open, welkom om binnen te komen & te landen

10:30 — openings ceremonie

11:00 — Ecstatic Dance met DJ Socrates (Let op: Deur sluit om 12:00)

13:00 — Yoga Nidra -Tjeerd Buis & Joshua Samson

13:30- Optionele potluck- breng je vegetarische hapjes en deel met elkaar, een heerlijk moment voor verbinding en delen.

Comfortabele kleding waarin je lekker kunt bewegen.
Een waterfles om gehydrateerd te blijven.
We schenken thee en water, maar er mogen alleen flesjes mee de danszaal in.
Een open mind en zin om te dansen!
Laat je meenemen door de muziek, voel de support van de community, en laat deze ochtend je inspireren.

Come to Khulana Ecstatic Dance: a place where music, intention and community come together for a magical experience.

We start the morning with a moment of stillness, deepening and connection.
This time facilitated by Meike Jansen and Jade. A number of joint exercises to move out of the head into the heart and to connect more deeply with the body and each other.

We close the ceremony with, once again, a yoga nidra session by Tjeerd Buis and Joshua Samson. Very relaxing and deeply nourishing.

We serve tea and water, but only bottles are allowed into the dance hall.
