I support women who long for a deeper connection with themselves, their bodies and their sense of womanhood. Women who want to live in a way that reflects what they feel, long for and know deep down.

AN INNER JOURNEY

During a psychedelic experience, a new world may open up for you: your senses may become sharper, music may reach you more deeply and your attention may turn inwards. During the journey, there may be space to explore and let go of old patterns, emotions and beliefs.

Psychedelics are often described as expanding consciousness. I see them above all as expanding love. They may invite you to look at yourself with more gentleness and compassion: at the parts, emotions and beliefs you may have overlooked for a long time. And it is from this gentleness that old patterns may begin to shift.

My truffle ceremonies are not only about healing. They also create space to celebrate yourself and life, and to honour yourself as the wonderful woman you are.
