About Iskra:
I studied medicinal plants since 1994, primary in the Balkans area. Since 2015 I have a permaculture garden in bio-diverse garden park in Amsterdam, Amstelglorie. In the Amstelglorie and its surroundings I recognised local medicinal plants, many of which grow in my garden. I use these herbs to make medicinal teas, tinctures, oils, balms and other remedies which you can find on my website: www.iskramassage.nl/products/
My goal is to teach as many people as possible the traditional knowledge of plants, so that we can again be independent and sustainable when comes to health, relationship with nature and holistic worldview
