Rose infused Cacao, Heart Opening and Expansion
Afternoon Retreat, Yin Yoga, Embodied Healing

Let me take you on an Embodied Healing Journey through your heart.

This afternoon we will drink Ceremonial Cacao infused with Rose and your intention, which will deepen the opening and connection to our hearts. Followed by a gentle Yin Yoga & Restorative practice, where you will be guided into the most loving and nourishing poses. Feeling held within these poses, so your body feels safe to open. Enabling you to journey into the depths of your heart.

Throughout the poses I will guide you to feel through & process any old stored emotions within your heart, like grief, stress, fear, heartbreak.. caused by past experiences that happend within your life using the methods of Embodied Healing.

I will walk you through understanding what you needed within these moments, that caused hurt in your heart, the needs that did not get met at that time. Nurturing the parts of yourself that carry emotional wounds from the past, therefore bring healing to yourself & gaining the wisdom from these experiences. This will end search for these things outside of yourself and we will release any limiting beliefs that this event made you belief about yourself, that are limiting you in your life right now.

For you to open your heart and root back into love.

The Cacao and Rose will be provided by Mystic Cacao & Amaya’s Alchemy as well as a little gift for you to continue your practice at home.

All Yoga-equipments will be available, as well as tea and nourishing snacks.
