About this event

An immersive day to step out of constant doing and reconnect with yourself through mindfulness, somatics, psychology and creativity.

What if, for one day, you had nothing to prove?

Many of us have become very good at doing: working, caring, planning, adapting, solving, achieving, keeping things moving. Even rest and personal growth can become something else to do well.

The art of being enough is an invitation to step out of that mode for a day, to slow down, notice what is already here, explore what matters to you, and reconnect with yourself beyond expectations, responsibilities and roles.

Through mindfulness, psychology-informed practices, somatic exploration, gentle movement and creativity, we will move beyond thinking and talking alone and create space to experience, explore, connect and play.

This experience might be for you if...

You spend a lot of time in your head or moving through life on autopilot. You may be holding a lot, personally or professionally, feeling pressure to perform or keep things together, navigating a transition, or wondering what comes next.

Or perhaps nothing is particularly "wrong." You simply long for more space, presence, creativity, connection or play.

What can you expect?

A mix of mindfulness, body and nervous system awareness, reflection, creative expression, movement and connection. We will explore beyond words, create space for new perspectives, and bring the day together through integration and reflection.

Our approach

We explore three interconnected dimensions of our experience:
Mind : thoughts, perceptions, beliefs and meaning-making
Body : sensations, breath, movement and nervous system awareness
Spirit : values, inner alignment, meaning and sense of purpose

We want this to be a space for curiosity and exploration, for all genders and ages, without pressure to perform, achieve, control, or get anything "right."
