Breathwork Experience - TERRA -

About this event

I invite you to join an intimate ceremony that combines intentional breathing techniques with evocative music to gently guide you into an altered state of awareness. In this alchemical space—where breath, music and instruments blend together—you will be guided on a deeply introspective journey. Here you can let go of mental noise, reconnect with your body, and return to yourself. Breathwork is a simple yet powerful practice that can bring greater awareness, clarity, emotional release and personal growth.

During the session, we will explore the theme - TERRA - Earth represents grounding, stability, and the roots that support us through emotional and mental storms. Through the breath, you will be invited to slow down, reconnect with your body, and rediscover the sense of strength, calm, and steadiness that already exists within you.

The ceremony will open with a welcome circle, meditative journey, somatic movements and the Breathwork itself, followed by a time for integration and closing.

The space is held with consciousness and kindness, allowing each person to honor their own pace and personal intention. You will NOT be pushed into hyperventilation or to go beyond your limits. You hold the reins on your own rhythm. Nothing will be forced. Just experience what will be there for you at the time.

Participation: 50 euro
I prioritise a small and personal setting (6 persons max.).
