Soma Erotica is a full-day movement-based workshop, that will be split into two parts. We’ll begin first by turning inward, exploring somatic awareness, the erotic, and the shared field we create together. The different ways we experience the label "erotic" and how we can reconnect with our own internal erotica. The invitation being to shift away from performance and external validation and towards expression, curiosity and our internal responsiveness.

Then in the second part, after the lunch break, we’ll bring everything we’ve explored into movement. A simple set of 4–6 adaptable movements that you can use as a foundation for exploration, from which we’ll play further with freestyle, flow, and embodied expression. You’ll be invited to notice the small moments where something feels alive, pleasurable, or naturally expressive, and to follow those impulses rather than forcing a particular outcome.

No dance experience is required, only curiosity and a willingness to explore.

𝑰𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒚

Soma-Erotica is a support container to become the observer and begin to learn the body's language. Calling in all the martyrs, pattern breakers, and alchemists, who wish to cross this threshold and ooze out unhindered sensualism. Learning to be one with our bodies, to advocate for it by opening the energetic channels between our sacral and throats, and to experience pleasure without needing to give to anyone else but ourselves, as we remember we are worth everything and more.

For those who feel disconnected from their bodies yet deeply curious to rediscover their somatic intelligence, explore pleasure beyond the privacy of the self, and loosen the grip of perfectionism and external judgement so you can feel more resourced and free to express.

Elena, is a Psychology student, pole dance teacher, and sensual movement practitioner exploring the intersection of somatic awareness, Tantra, the Witch’s Way, and embodied self-development. She aims to combine psychology with body-based and transpersonal approaches to create the space for deeper self-exploration and expression.

As this is Elena’s first independently facilitated workshop of this kind she invites you to step into the space with curiosity and openness, where your feedback and reflections are deeply valued as part of her ongoing journey as a facilitator.
