Join us for a full day of dynamic AcroYoga, focusing on pops, icarians, whips and whippops! 🤸🏼♀️✨
This one-day intensive is all about dynamic movement. We’ll explore the fundamentals of these movements, refine technique and gradually build towards more challenging variations. The content will be adapted to the level of the group, with a focus on technique, progression and safety.

We’ll start with a warm-up and connecting games before diving into pops and icarians. We’ll build a strong foundation, refine technique and work progressively towards more challenging movements.

A relaxed break to recharge before the afternoon session.

🤸🏼♀️ AcroYoga – Whips & Whippops
In the afternoon we’ll focus on whips and whippops, building on the fundamentals and progressing towards more challenging variations. We’ll adapt the content to the group and create space to explore and refine your technique.

The AcroYoga intensive is suitable for intermediate and advanced practitioners. We will adapt the level and progressions to the group.

• Icarian straight throws: Bird–Bird & Throne–Throne
Whip(pops)
Base:
• Solid in L-base line
• Able to safely do multiple washing machines without a spotter
Flyer:
• Able to safely fly multiple washing machines without a spotter

💛 ABOUT ACROYOGA MOVES 💛
Lennert and Yvonne, who form AcroYoga Moves together, met in 2017 and played AcroYoga for the first time. They were both relatively new to the practice, but both had an active background in sports and yoga. Ever since that day, they’ve been highly addicted to the practice. You’ll often find them at festivals, conventions and workshops, improving their skills, connecting with others and getting inspired for their own classes and workshops. In 2018 they both graduated from the AcroYoga Teacher Training (AYI).
They have a huge love for flowy washing machines, whips & whippops and, of course, icarians. Besides teaching at festivals and regular classes and workshops, they are the founders of Dutch AcroYoga Festival, which has been held since 2019 in different Dutch cities several times a year.
They’re passionate about sharing their love for AcroYoga and helping practitioners develop their skills and technique.
