About this event

Do you ever feel lost in connection?

What if, instead of pushing through or shutting down, you could extend your capacity to stay with it?

This monthly session will focus on speed and safety: how do we stay true to our own rhythm in connection? How is speed an element of safety? We'll bring together dance and fight to train the art of sensing, in both slow and high-dynamics.

It's a space to learn:

. how to recognise the moment a connection starts to shift
. how to pause and honour your needs while keeping dance-fighting
. how to "speak" without words and stay in dialogue through the body

If you're curious about deepening your relational awareness through movement, join us! Come as you are and leave with tools you can bring into your dance, relationships, and everyday life.
