Returning to Essence — a four-day retreat for women

A four-day journey inward, held by the nurturing presence of a circle of women.

A space to slow down, breathe, listen within and reconnect with what is essential. Throughout the retreat, we explore the qualities of returning, reconnecting and remembering — as different layers of the same journey: coming home to yourself.

As we create space to become more present and grounded, we reconnect with the wisdom of the heart and the deeper knowing within. Through meditation, sound, movement, embodiment and voice, we gently explore what wants to be felt, expressed and remembered.

Your voice is an important part of this journey. It can become a bridge between your inner world and your expression, opening a space for connection, freedom and authentic expression. Through gentle and playful voice practices, we explore the voice not only as something we use, but as something we feel, embody and experience.

Guided by Suyana, the retreat weaves together awareness, connection, sound and embodied practices, with plenty of space to rest, receive and simply be.

A space to relax, renew and recharge — surrounded by nature and held by a circle of women.

No singing experience is required.

There is space to participate fully, to explore, to receive deeply, and to follow your own rhythm throughout the retreat.
