inviting you to unfurl like

14:30 · THE INVITE : CACAO + WILD ROSE

We begin with the drink.
We let it arrive slowly into the body, while naming what truly matters…
a need, a feeling, an intention for the afternoon.

15:00 · INTENTIONAL MOVEMENT

We bring that warmth further into the body.
Slow circles. Awareness. Alignment.
Less about doing, more about feeling what wants to move.

15:30 · BREATHWORK

From movement into deeper listening.
Nothing to force. Nothing to achieve.
Just breath, body and presence.

16:30 · LANDING / MINI-CONCERT

After the intensity, we make space to land.
Live tongue drum & beautiful voice accompany the settling…
allowing everything to integrate without needing words.

Cacao and rose, now blended in the heart…
