🌬️ What is Somatic Breathwork?

Somatic Breathwork combines conscious breathing with body awareness to help you connect more deeply with your physical and emotional experience.

Through the breath, you may create space for tension, emotions, and stress to move through the body. The live music will support the different moments of the journey, creating an immersive experience that invites you to slow down, feel, release, and reconnect.

Every experience is personal. There is nothing you need to achieve — simply an invitation to listen to your body and explore what is present.
