There is a version of you that has been holding on for a long time. Holding it together. Holding a version of yourself that was safe to show.
Autumn already lets go of what it's carrying, without a plan for what comes after.
Deep Journey 'Release' edition is an invitation to do the same.
Through ceremonial cacao, breath, live sound, shamanic drum and guided inner exploration, we create a few hours in which nothing is required from you except to be present. What no longer belongs to you tends to find its own way out.
This edition is guided by three facilitators, each holding a different layer of the journey. Nino opens the evening with cacao and connection, then guides you into the inner journey. Santoesha carries you through with live music and a sound bath. Greg adds the shamanic layer with the drum. Together they hold a space that is more than the sum of its parts.

The Journey
I — Arrive. (Ceremonial Cacao & Connection)
The evening opens with ceremonial cacao. We share a few light moments together first, so you feel the presence of the room. Then you begin to arrive fully in your body.
II — Listen. (Guided Inner Exploration)
You're guided across the threshold, into one simple question: what is ready to be released? Nothing to solve, only something to notice.
III — Journey. (Live Sound Bath)
Words fall away. Eyes closed. A live sound bath carries you inward, layer by layer. You're not told what to feel, only given the space to find it.
IV — Stillness. (Live Acoustic Integration & Shamanic Drum)
The intensity gives way to stillness. The shamanic drum enters, a steady rhythm beneath the quiet. Nothing to explain here. You simply receive it.
V — Return. (Integration & Connection)
We come back together. Space to share, or just as much permission to stay quiet. You leave with room to notice what feels lighter.

Location: The White Door Studio, Visseringstraat 39-H, Amsterdam What to wear: Loose, comfortable clothing you can move and lie down in easily What to bring: Nothing. Everything else is taken care of
Caring for Your Well-being:
Ceremonial cacao is gentle and supportive for most people. If you are pregnant, taking medication, or living with a health condition and you're wondering whether this is a good fit for you, message us before booking. You're just as welcome to join without drinking cacao.
Closing:
You don't need a problem to solve, and you don't need experience with cacao, sound or shamanic work to be here. You don't even need to know exactly what you're releasing. Curiosity is enough.
