A gentle online workshop to slow down, reflect and listen inwardly

Do you sometimes feel mentally busy, overwhelmed or less connected to yourself?

Perhaps much of your attention goes to responsibilities, expectations or other people, leaving little space to notice how you are truly feeling and what you may need.

This free online preview offers a calm and supportive space to pause, turn inward and reconnect with yourself.

Through a guided meditation, personal reflection and a simple journaling exercise, you will explore what is currently taking up space within you and identify one small, supportive step for the week ahead.

This 45-minute session is an introduction to the Coming Home to Yourself workshop series. It offers a taste of my approach, while the full workshops provide more time for deeper reflection, exercises and integration.

You will never be required to share anything personal and are welcome to participate at your own pace. No previous experience with meditation or coaching is needed.
