Nestled in the beautiful mountains of northern Ibiza, our weekly Kundalini Yoga gatherings offer a space to step away from the busyness of life and return home to yourself.

Together we create a gentle ceremonial space where movement, dance, breath, meditation and stillness become a doorway back to the wisdom of the body. A place to soften, release, restore and reconnect with what truly matters.

Surrounded by the natural beauty and peaceful energy of Ibiza, each class invites you to slow down, regulate the nervous system, awaken your vitality and cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself from the inside out.

Whether you are visiting the island for a few days or call Ibiza home, you are warmly welcomed into our community.

No previous experience is needed, only an open heart and a willingness to arrive exactly as you are.

I have been holding these sacred spaces through Kundalini Yoga and embodiment for over 13 years, and it is a joy to welcome each person into this practice.
