Zondag 18 oktober is een dag van ontspanning, ontmoeting en uitwisseling. Dompel je onder in qi-gong, tai-chi, yoga, krijgskunst, meditatie en nog meer voeding voor lichaam en geest.

* Ervaar de Qi / Chi

Het hEyQ festival biedt zowel een introductie als verdieping in verschillende klassieke en moderne leersystemen, oosterse en westerse denkwijzen. Ruimte voor het lichaam, rust voor de geest.

* Leef je Queeste!

Om een breed aanbod te kunnen bieden voor het festival heeft het EQ-team andere leraren uitgenodigd uit binnen- en buitenland. Samen beoefenen we het eigen maken van beweging en techniek, open en zachtmoedig. Het festival is voor jong en oud, reeds ervaren of beginner, met of zonder beperking.

Sunday 18 October is a day of relaxation, connection and exchange. Immerse yourself in qi-gong, tai-chi, yoga, martial arts, meditation and more nourishment for both body and mind.

The hEyQ festival offers both an introduction to and an in-depth exploration of various classical and modern systems of learning, as well Eastern and Western ways of thinking. Space for the body, tranquillity for the mind.

* Live your Quest!

To offer a wide range of activities for the festival, the EQ team has invited other teachers from the Netherlands and abroad. Together, we explore how to make movement and technique our own, in an open and gentle way. The festival is aimed for young and old, from experienced practitioners to beginners, with or without disabilities.
