In the old Norse story, the world begins where fire meets ice. Not one or the other, but both, meeting in the empty space between. The old tales keep returning to this: the thunder and the moon, the war-cry and the lullaby, the spear and the loom. Strength was never only loud.
Viking Edition follows that thread. It brings Norse seidr — the ancient Nordic practice of weaving fate through song, trance, and connection with the unseen — into ecstatic dance. Seidr itself lives in that in-between. It was the craft of seeresses who wove fate with voice, breath and a staff, and it is said the goddess Freyja taught it to the gods.
The breath. Before we move, we breathe. This breath is our first drum, the oldest rhythm, the one that carried our ancestors across cold seas and into the space between worlds. Ioana opens the night with it (
https://beacons.ai/hi.ioana.pop). She holds space where breath and the deeper mind meet, with the steady, grounded strength of a Viking. She guides you deep, and gently back again.
The wind. UniversalSoundShifts (
https://universalsoundshifts.com/) creates ceremonial soundscapes rooted in elemental work: wind, breath, and trance journeys. Their sound emerges from the space between worlds. Watch them, wild as the wind:

The softness. Fralalai (
https://fralalai.com/) arrives with Celtic harp, tender vocals, and ancient incantations that reconnect us with our Ancestral Enchantment. Her music is soft as moonlight: you only really hear it when you go still, and that is where its strength lives. She brings a song written for the moon — in the Norse tales the moon is Máni, who drives his chariot across the night sky. On the 29th, she sings to that same sky. Watch her, soft as moonlight:

Together they weave an evening where seidr meets ecstatic dance. Not as performance. As lived ceremony. No separation between artists and dancers. No audience. One field.
Shoes off. Phones away. Hearts open.

Kracht was nooit alleen luid.
Voordat we bewegen, ademen we.
https://beacons.ai/hi.ioana.pop).

Telefoons weg. Harten open.
