In this guided Yoga Nidra (also known as Deep Rest), you lie down and let your body go completely still while your awareness stays gently awake. We close with a moment for reflection through journaling. Every time, you’ll receive a new writing prompt connected to the theme of the month: an invitation to pause and explore what is moving within you.
