An introduction to, and teaching of, the general principles of this approach to healing, refinement, inner alchemy, soul embodiment, self-discovery, and God-realisation.

Anyone interested in embodiment, enlightenment, meditation, dance, movement, martial arts, and devotional practices.
These practices can be beautifully integrated into your yoga routine, meditation practice, and used as a form of prayer.

Transmission of five different movement sequences, practised either seated in a meditation posture (lotus) or sitting on a chair.
By learning these sequences and their incredible, magical details, you will receive transmissions that will inspire all other aspects of your life, your spiritual maturation, and your movement practice.
