Qigong in Westerpark – 4-Week Course of Eight Brocades

About this event

4-week Qigong course in September in Westerpark: we will learn and practice the traditional Eight Brocades (Ba Duan Jin) 气功八段锦, one of the most well-known Qigong forms for cultivating vitality, improving mobility, and calming the mind.

This course is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Each session includes gentle movement, breath awareness, and explanation to the cultural and energetic principles behind the practice from the Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, including how Qi flows and an overview of the meridians (energy pathways).
