A space for authentic connection, presence, and exploration.

Deeply Human is a recurring Friday evening experience where we come together to connect with ourselves and others in meaningful ways. Each edition offers a different theme, practice, or experience, while staying rooted in authentic relating, empathic listening, and genuine human connection.

Throughout the year, we may explore movement, breathwork, sound, conscious communication, shared meals, and other practices that invite us to slow down, become present, and relate more authentically.

This is not about self-improvement or performing a certain version of yourself. It is an invitation to arrive as you are, meet others with curiosity, and discover what becomes possible when we create space for real connection.

No prior experience is needed. Just bring your openness, your humanity, and a willingness to explore.

What happens when we meet each other beyond small talk?
In this first Deeply Human gathering, we will explore the foundations of Authentic Relating: a relational practice that invites us to become more present, honest, and connected in our interactions.

Through simple guided exercises, playful connection games, and moments of reflection, we'll practice listening deeply, expressing ourselves authentically, and meeting others with curiosity rather than assumptions.
You don't need any experience with Authentic Relating. The evening is designed to be accessible, welcoming, and grounded.

Whether you come alone or with a friend, you'll be invited into a space where meaningful conversations can emerge naturally and where connection becomes something we actively create together.
