Magical picknick sharing with rapé and cacao

✨Dear soul that is interested in the altered states of consciousness and its potentially healing benefits.

Are you working in the fields of ancestral plants (or psychedelic-assisted therapies), contemplative practices, breathwork or other forms of altered states? Or are you simply interested and wanting to meet like-minded people?

On Friday afternoon 7th of August, we plan to gather in a circle to share the medicines of Rapé, Ceremonial Cacao and the Connection with other souls during a shared picknick in a green park near Bunnik (next to Utrecht).


🍂 Rapé is a mix of Amazonian tobacco and other medicinal herbs and ashes. This is grinded into a fine powder, and blown into the nostrils with a so-called tepi. Receiving rapé is seen as part of ceremonial, spiritual, and healing practices by various Indigenous peoples. It is used for grounding, mental clarity, focused intention, and ritual cleansing.

🍂 Ceremonial cacao is a minimally processed form of the cacao beans and is traditionally consumed in rituals and meditative settings for more emotional openness, connection, and reflective awareness. We will drink this heart-opening cup to support our mindful listening, speech and connection.

🍂 After these beautiful medicines, we can do a short meditation together and send light to parts of the world where it is needed now.

🍂 We can share healthy snacks during our picknick and get to know others that also work in this field.

👁‍🗨Dóra La Cuidadora 👁‍🗨 is a facilitator of ancestral plant medicines and a transformational coach, living most of the time on Fuerteventura. She is the founder of the Psychedelic Association Fuerteventura and the almost-yearly ocurring Fuertedélica conference. After more than 10 years working as a researcher, she now bridges the gap between the perspectives of ancestral medicine and modern science. She completed her PhD in Biological Psychiatry in 2016 and has worked in the fields of psycho-oncology, psychedelics, and mental health for another 6 years. She is also the mother of three children, her greatest physical and spiritual guides.
