Als yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator en somatic coach werk ik vanuit de overtuiging dat ons lichaam zoveel meer vertelt dan we vaak beseffen. Na mijn 200h yoga teacher training en verdere opleidingen in breathwork en somatics ben ik me steeds meer gaan verdiepen in het zenuwstelsel, lichaamsbewustzijn en hoe we opnieuw kunnen leren luisteren naar de signalen van ons lichaam.
