Step into a natural slowing-down at the former New Loreto monastery in South Limburg. Let go of the outside world for a few days — no phone, no expectations — and turn your attention inward. In the stillness, your body relaxes, your mind clears, and space opens up for what truly lives inside you.

Guided by Audrey, experienced in Vipassana meditation, you'll explore meditation, gentle yoga, poetry, and quiet moments in nature. Step by step, the program helps you land deeper into rest and presence.

You'll go home with valuable insights and practical ways to bring more silence and balance into your daily life.
