Experience a relaxing 90-minute Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath in the peaceful surroundings of Casa Sukha, Ibiza.

The experience begins with gentle yoga, combining mindful movement, stretching and balance poses to softly move the body and prepare for relaxation.

After yoga, you’ll settle comfortably into a deeply relaxing sound bath with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and other carefully selected instruments. Simply lie back, slow down and immerse yourself in the sounds and vibrations around you.

Everything you need for the experience is prepared for you, including yoga mats, blocks, cushions, blankets and eye pillows.
