Met een truffel sessie maak je een innerlijkereis.

Truffels zijn een natuurlijk plantmedicijn dat al eeuwenlang wordt ingezet om het bewustzijn te verruimen. In de loop van ons leven bouwen we allemaal lagen op. Die onbewuste stukken kunnen blokkades veroorzaken: een gevoel van stagnatie, van vastigheid, van niet verder kunnen komen. Tijdens de ceremonie kan een verhoogd zintuigelijk bewustzijn ontstaan, inzichten dienen zich aan, emoties komen naar de oppervlakte, en je ontspant.

Iedere reis is anders. Deelnemers ervaren vaak meer helderheid, diepe verbinding en toegang tot een laag in zichzelf waar je anders niet zo makkelijk bijkomt.

De ceremonie: Je ligt op een matras in een kleine en intieme groep. Ik begeleid je gedurende de gehele reis ondersteund door muziek, sound healing, breathwork, bodywork en meditatie in een
mooie ruimte. Na afloop sluiten we rustig af met thee en een gezonde maaltijd, met ruimte om te delen als je dat wilt.

Begeleiding: Truffels hebben mijn eigen leven diepgaand geraakt. Vanuit die ervaring — en mijn opleiding als ceremonieel begeleider — creëer ik een veilige bedding waarin jij jouw eigen proces kunt doorlopen, in jouw eigen tempo.

A truffle ceremony is a journey inward — toward what wants to be seen, felt, and released.

Truffles are a natural plant medicine used for centuries to expand consciousness. Throughout life, we all build up layers. These unconscious parts can create blockages: a feeling of stagnation, of
being stuck, of not being able to move forward. During the ceremony, a heightened sensory awareness may arise — insights surface, emotions come to the foreground, and something in you softens.

Every journey is different. Participants often experience greater clarity, deep connection, and access to a layer within themselves that is otherwise hard to reach.

The Ceremony
You lie on a mattress, warm and covered, in a small and intimate group. I guide you throughout the entire journey, supported by music, sound healing, breathwork, bodywork, and meditation — in a safe and held space. Afterwards, we close gently with tea and light snacks, with space to share if you feel called to.

your own pace.
