Workshop:
5Ritmes is een actieve bewegingsvorm. Een beoefening om met aandacht in het lichaam aanwezig te zijn. Het stimuleert creativiteit en verbinding.

Hoewel het heel eenvoudig lijkt, biedt de beoefening van 5Ritmes je een diep en oneindig onderzoek. Het beweegt de danser voorbij (zelf)opgelegde beperkingen naar meer vrijheid, creativiteit en verbinding
De 5Ritmes – Vloeiend Staccato Chaos Lyrisch en Stil – zijn staten van Zijn. Ze vormen samen een landkaart van alles waar we naar toe willen gaan, in alle lagen van bewustzijn – van binnen en van buiten, voorwaarts en achterwaarts, fysiek, emotioneel en intellectueel.
Ze zijn de wegwijzers op het pad naar ons authentieke, kwetsbare, gepassioneerde en instinctieve zelf.

Barefoot Dance Party:
Na de workshop lekker vrij dansen, op blote voeten natuurlijk op de sprankelende en verrassende sets van de DJ's Cem & (rEd) Skywalker.

Parkeren:
Bij Het Seinwezen kun je gratis parkeren.

Met de Trein:
Vanaf Haarlem Station 10 minuten lopen naar het Seinwezen.
