About this event
Dear women,
I invite you to join me for an evening of coming together as women, connecting to our menstrual cycles.
Most of us have these monthly cycles, bringing different energies each week. Yet we often go through life disconnected from this, or trying to fight against it. Our societies and systems don’t really support these inner cycles.
Many of us were taught to view our cycles as an inconvenience, our periods as something to be hidden. There can be a deep sense of dirtiness or shame around this part of being a woman. And as a result, it’s a part that has been quite forgotten.
But our cycles are everything. It is the same force that brings life.
Our cycles mirror the cycles of nature itself. There’s a time for rest, for release, and a time to bloom.
I believe that connecting with our menstrual cycles is one of the simplest ways for a woman to connect with herself, and with nature, and a way to create and act more sustainably. In a way that respects the female rhythm. In a society that is often very rational and driven by grind culture, I believe this is even revolutionary.
Our cycle can teach us about rest and reflection, and also about action and speaking out. Mirroring the cycles of death and rebirth.
So on this evening, we gather with intention - to check in with how we relate to our cycles and how we experience them, to get to know the different phases more deeply, to connect to the unique energies each season carries within us, and to share this exploration together as women.

About me:
I am a counsellor working with women in emotional work, in unlearning patterns of self-suppression and swallowing. And a menstrual cycle coach in the making!
Over the last many years, I have immersed myself in many studies, outside and within myself. My deepest passion is supporting women in connecting to and embracing their true nature, their sensitivities, intuition, and powerful voices.
For my own process, understanding my menstrual cycle has been such a key, my way of letting go of conditioning and learning to tune into my own inner voice and wisdom. This circle comes from that place.
