FLOW SESSIONS
MUZIKALE REIS — EVEN HELEMAAL NIETS
Eén keer per maand kom ik samen met een kleine groep in The Awareness Hub in Doorn. Een avond om de ruis en de hectiek even achter je te laten en echt tot jezelf te komen.
Niets hoeft. Je komt binnen, krijgt thee, kiest een plek. Ik begin met een kort welkom, en een korte ronde waarin wie wil een intentie kan delen, een woord of een verlangen waar je naartoe wilt. Het hoeft niet. En dan ga ik spelen.
Want terwijl ik speel, luister ik. Diep, naar wat er in de ruimte hangt, naar wie er zit, naar wat er onder de vermoeidheid leeft en waar iemand naar verlangt. Daar stem ik mijn spel op af. Vanaf dat moment hoef je nergens meer iets mee. Niet nadenken, niet je best doen, alleen maar zijn.
Alles wat je hoort ontstaat ter plekke. Piano, synths, stem, klankschalen, lichte percussie. Geen setlist. Wat er komt hangt af van wie er is en van wat ik in de ruimte voel.
Je mag liggen, zitten, je ogen sluiten, wegzakken, in slaap vallen. Wat er ook gebeurt is goed. Voor één avond hoeft er even niets van je.
Na afloop is er thee en ruimte om te verbinden, voor wie daar zin in heeft. Wie wil blijft nog even, wie naar huis wil gaat naar huis.
WAAROM IK DIT ZO DOE
Ik luister graag. Niet alleen naar wat mensen zeggen, maar naar wat eronder zit. Naar wat iemand nodig heeft en waar hij naar verlangt, ook als het nog niet in woorden te vangen is. Dat vertaal ik in muziek. Jij hoeft alleen maar te ontvangen.
432 HZ
Alle instrumenten zijn gestemd op 432 Hz. Veel mensen ervaren dat als warmer en rustiger, en het brengt je makkelijker in je lichaam. Je hoeft daar niets van te weten. Het werkt vanzelf.

Matjes en stoelen zijn er. Neem gerust een warm deken of kussen mee.
STRIPPENKAARTEN
Er zijn kaarten voor 3 of 5 sessies, voor wie er een vast rustpunt van wil maken. Overdraagbaar en geldig tot het einde van het seizoen.
VOOR PROFESSIONALS
Werk je als coach, therapeut, retraitebegeleider, yoga- of meditatiedocent? Je bent welkom om eerst zelf een avond mee te maken. Gewoon ervaren wat er gebeurt.

A MUSICAL JOURNEY — NOTHING YOU HAVE TO DO
Once a month I gather with a small group at The Awareness Hub in Doorn. An evening to leave the noise and the rush behind for a while and truly come back to yourself.
Nothing has to happen. You come in, get tea, find a spot. I open with a short welcome, and a brief round where anyone who wants to can share an intention, a word or a longing you want to move toward. It's not required. And then I start to play.
Because while I play, I listen. Deeply, to what is there in the room, to who is sitting in it, to what lives beneath the tiredness and what someone longs for. That is what I attune my playing to. From that moment on, there is nothing left for you to do. No thinking, no trying, just being.
Everything you hear unfolds in the moment. Piano, synths, voice, singing bowls, light percussion. No setlist. What comes depends on who is there and what I sense in the room.
You can lie down, sit, close your eyes, drift off, fall asleep. Whatever happens is fine. For one evening, nothing is asked of you.
Afterwards there is tea and room to connect, for those who feel like it. Stay if you'd like, head home if you'd rather.
WHY I DO IT THIS WAY
I like to listen. Not only to what people say, but to what lies beneath. To what someone needs and longs for, even when it can't yet be put into words. That I translate into music. All you have to do is receive.
432 HZ
All instruments are tuned to 432 Hz. Many people experience this as warmer and more grounding. You don't need to know anything about it. It works on its own.

Doors open at 19:15, start at 19:30, ending around 21:00
Mats and chairs are provided. Feel free to bring a warm blanket or cushion.
PUNCH CARDS
There are cards for 3 or 5 sessions, for those who want to make this a regular pause. Transferable and valid until the end of the season.
FOR PROFESSIONALS
Are you a coach, therapist, retreat leader, yoga or meditation teacher? You are welcome to first experience an evening yourself. Just to feel what happens.
