Escape the King's day Noise
Who’s up for a spontaneous, last-minute half-day retreat with Arben in our cosy sanctuary of a studio?

We did this last year on King’s Day, and it turned out to be surprisingly calm and quiet, even the sound bath was beautifully undisturbed. So… why not do it again?

Join Arben for a nourishing half-day retreat. We’ll begin with an all-levels Vinyasa flow, followed by a wholesome lunch together in our sunny garden, lovingly prepared by Arben. We’ll close the day with a deeply soothing sound healing session.
