Windmill Rituals at Molen van West - TERRA — Earth

About this event

In collaboration with Pas di Mente

“TERRA” invites us to return to the ground — to slow down, root, and reconnect with the natural world and our place within it.

Inspired by the element of earth, this ritual focuses on stability, nourishment, and presence in the body. The practice is steady and intentional, guiding you through slow, grounding movement, held postures, and moments of stillness that bring awareness back to what is real and essential.

The experience begins with a curated tea tasting — a sensory entry point into the element of earth. Through taste, aroma, and warmth, we connect to plants, soil, and the quiet intelligence of nature.

Together with Pas di Mente, we shape a space where inner and outer landscapes meet — where grounding becomes collective, and simplicity becomes depth.

Theme focus:
Grounding • Stability • Nature connection • Embodiment • Inner calm

Because in a fast-moving world, coming back to earth is where we begin again.
