Q: What if I don't want to be touched?
A: Touch is always optional. Every "no" is respected and celebrated.
Q: What if I feel uncomfortable?
A: You are free to pause, observe, or step out at any time. Your comfort, autonomy, and wellbeing matter.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Wear comfortable clothing and bring layers. Think about which aspect of yourself you are inviting into the temple and dress for that. A towel or sarong is required.

Ariana Lara Norcia is a tantrika and sensuality coach with a mission to facilitate healing through conscious exploration of taboo.

Drawing from a background in dance education, Shakti Tantra and biodynamic therapy, Ariana brings a unique blend of movement, healing, and transformational work.
Since 2014, she has immersed herself in tantra and a wide range of healing modalities, including breathwork, Mayan abdominal therapy, the Wheel of Consent, and conscious kink. Through her work, Ariana challenges social conditioning and supports people in reclaiming their sovereignty, authenticity, and aliveness.
