Women's Cacao & Sound Ceremony - Halloween

About this event

Dear woman,

During this Cacao & Sound Ceremony we gather at Halloween, also called Samhain, to focus on surrendering to slowing down. We prepare ourselves for our most comfortable cocoon in Winter.

In this Ceremony we start by opening the space for sharing followed by a Cacao Ceremony, Yoga Nidra, a Sound Bath and journaling for you to find deep rest and connect to your intuition and inner wisdom, so you can tune in to what you truly need in this part of the season. We end the Ceremony with a closing sharing circle, some home made banana bread and tea :)

Practical information:

- The ceremony starts at 19:00, but I recommend to be there at 18:45 so that you have space to settle in and arrive
- The yurt provides blankets and pillows, feel free to bring a yogamat and/or an eyepillow if you like
- The ceremony includes ceremonial cacao, tea, snacks and a little gift
- It is optional to bring something to place at the altar, maybe something that aligns with you at that moment or with the season we are in
- Please make sure to bring a journal and a pen

How to prepare for the Cacao Ceremony:

- Please do not drink any coffee on the day of the ceremony. If you are addicted to coffee, you can drink a cup in the morning
- Please do not consume any alcohol or drugs the day before and the day of the ceremony
- Please have a light breakfast, so the cacao can have it's best effect

Contra indications:
Although cacao is a gentle plant medicine, I kindly ask you not to attend if you have cardiovascular issues. If you take antidepressants or are pregnant, please let me know beforehand and I'll adjust the dose for you or can make you a rose tea, which is also a soft heart opening flower.
