Contraindications:

You will NOT be able to participate in this workshop if any of the following apply to you:
• epilepsy
• retinal detachment or glaucoma
• uncontrolled high blood pressure or cardiovascular disease
• history of stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), seizures, or other neurological conditions
• personal or family history of aneurysms
• use of prescription anticoagulants
• acute somatic or viral illness
• chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD II–III)
• chronic diseases in decompensation or terminal stage
• intolerance to oxygen deficiency
• cancer
• impulse control disorders
• pregnancy

Participation is also not permitted if you are under the influence of alcohol, psychedelics, or drugs, or if you have been fasting for more than 48 hours.
