💗🍃 HOLY RESET - MINI DAY-RETREAT 🍃💗
Let's take a sacred pause and return to the sacred garden of our soul. A mini- Sunday retreat to root in love, slowdown, soften, recharge and move slowly. Slow enough to Feel. Still enough to listen. In the midst of the big energetic shifts, the noise, the chaos the world and the fiery yang energy of the fire horse. Let us reconnect with our divine feminine Yin energy and raise our vibrations. It is our heart essence that raises the energetic vibrancy of Peace, Hope and Love.
💗 THE GIFT OF THE PRESENT MOMENT 💗
A selfcare Sunday to slowdown, unwind and refuel the soul. Gently softning and surrendering, no forcing. A soft yin yoga practice followed by a soothing xl savasana soundbath, to restore, rebalance, realign and relax the nervous system. So we may enter the new week to come refueled, rejunavated with clarity, grounded & aligned. A gift of the present moment. A mini-Soulretreat to to be guided from doing to undoing. A journey for reflection and introspection. To slowdown, soften and unwind for deep relaxation. A holy reset of the nervous system, rebalancing the chakras, regenerating your lifeforce energy for greater resilience, tranquility, calmness, clarity, harmony, inner peace and energy flow.
🍃✨️💗 YIN + SOUND 💗✨️🍃
On sunday we hurry slowly. We count our blessings, unwind, undo, relax and just be. In a world that is increasingly loud and fast. Holy rest is a courageous rebellious selfcare act. Let's cultivate a slow and quiet presence. Be guided in moving meditation with gentle breathwork. A soothing slow yin with gentle breathwork to unwind and soften. To allow ourselves to surrender, relax and feel the feels. To release what is weighing us down. A nourishing Yin restorative practice with a xl Savasana Soundhealing journey. Soothing the heart, mind, body and soul.
