Uncover Self-love & Intuition – with Dawn

Uncover Self-love & Intuition is a 2-hour dance journey created by me (Dawn) to help you come home to your body, soften into self-love, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

This workshop is an invitation to slow down, listen, and move with intention. Through a unique blend of somatic practices, yoga, tantra-inspired exercises, and intuitive dance techniques, you will be guided to deepen body awareness, strengthen self-trust, and cultivate embodied confidence—supporting you in making choices that feel aligned both on and off the dance floor.

The space is held with care, presence, and safety. You will move through grounding somatic explorations, moments of free intuitive movement, and a sensual yet empowering choreography that anchors confidence in the body. Dancing in heels is optional—you are always invited to choose what feels most supportive and authentic for you.

The workshop is guided by Dawn, many describe me as an enthusiastic yet grounded dancer with many years of experience teaching heels dance, hip-hop, and a variety of Latin dance styles. In recent years, my work has evolved towards free-movement workshops that nurture creativity, mindset, connection, and embodied confidence—using movement as a pathway to deeper self-expression and inner alignment.

No prior dance experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are!
