Op deze dag aan het begin van de nieuwe lente komen we samen rond het medicijnwiel. Wanneer de dag en nacht overal gelijk zijn op aarde en de zon loodrecht boven de evenaar staat. De natuur om ons heen is ontwaakt, de zon die opkomt in het oosten de plek in het medicijnwiel die symbool staat voor nieuwe levenskracht. Op de bijzondere en krachtige plek in de natuur staan we stil bij wat dit moment voor jou betekent d.m.v ceremonie en jouw passende stappen in het levenswiel. We starten de middag met een verstilde natuurbelevingstocht om contact te maken met de natuur om ons heen en die in jou. We sluiten de middag af rond het vuur met soep en lekkers.
