Wij komen samen om de liefdesfrequentie in ons lichaam te ankeren en te verhogen.
Door middel van samen chanten zullen wij de kracht van ons eigen geluid ontdekken en voelen hoe de trillingen in onze lichaam werken, daarna vreugde en liefde ervaren met mantra zingen gevolgd door vrij dansen in verbinding met onszelf, anderen en moeder aarde (hele bestaan). Ook zullen wij van heilig medicijn VediCacao (Ayurvedisch cacao) ondersteuning vragen.

Ervaren van innerlijke liefdes extase in bewustzijn
Het gehele heelal is in een snel tempo aan het veranderen en wij veranderen mee. Als mensenlichaam is het nogal lastig om aan te passen aan deze snelle veranderingen. Geest en ziel kan het aan en ons lichaam volgt achteraan. Dit kan lichaamsklachten en blokkades veroorzaken.
Om alles in balans te krijgen zullen wij onze energiebanen in balans moeten brengen.
Dit helpt met het realiseren van meer bewustwording.
LEVEN HIER EN NU.
Ieder individu heeft vrouwelijke & mannelijke energiebanen. Dit wordt ook gezien als maan & zon, moeder & vader, Shiva & Shakti, yin & yang.
Met dit retraite zullen wij ons vooral richten op de vrouwelijke energie met behulp van chakra activatie/ body movement, ademen, zingen en dansen.
Vrouwelijke energie is gericht naar binnen, naar onze gevoelens.
In en met gevoel kan niets groeien tot iets. Vrouwelijke energie kan helen en kan daarmee ook onze mannelijke energie genezen. Om meer bewust te worden in balans en non-duaal te kunnen leven.

•}DJ Yarun Dee. In de afgelopen 4 jaar heeft Yarun Dee zich ontwikkeld tot een DJ met unieke stijl binnen de conscious community. Hij heeft een sjamanistische sound met een groot spectrum aan andere aardse en buitenaardse invloeden die hij door zijn sets weeft. Het gevoel op de dansvloer is ruimtelijk en aarden met hart openende melodieën en stevige beats. Dansers ervaren vaak een diepe ecstase door het grote spectrum aan emotionele lagen die worden aangeraakt, waardoor er ruimte ontstaat voor de directe ervaring van volledige aanwezig en vrij zijn. Met Amsterdam als thuisbasis draait hij op vele Ecstatic Dans en festivals in de Wereld.
•}Jelle Schippers (joyful mantra zanger). Op zijn 22 begon Jelle met gitaar spelen en zijn stem te (her)ontdekken. Daar zat wel muziek in! Na meerdere jaren muziek maken, ontdekte hij de helende kwaliteiten van Mantra's zingen. De vibratie van het geluid, het openen van het Hart en de kwetsbaarheid van onze echte stem gebruiken is een ervaring like 'Sugar for the Soul'. Jelle kenmerkt zich door een rauwe echtheid in zijn stem, zijn niet om bij weg te zweven, maar om op aarde te komen.
•} Mehtab Padma Gencboyaci (organisator).
Is een Yogi met yogic levensstijl en leeft bewust in het NU met Adem (pranic life).
Toen ze onder druk werd gehouden door haar omgeving en werd verteld dat ze niet kon zingen heeft ze besloten om een voorbeeld te zijn voor anderen na haar Yoga Docent opleiding.
Door zichzelf te durven neerzetten en haar stem te uiten, te zeggen waar ze voor staat en de liefdes frequentie te verhogen in haar body, mind & soul.
Dat lukte haar met mantra’s chanten in een ashram in India. Ze voelde de sensatie, heling, eenheid, aardende energie en de kracht van samen chanten & dansen.
Deze ervaring wil ze ook in Nederland laten beleven en samen verbinden, één frequentie worden in liefde en bewustzijn.

• ONE DAY RETRAITE
(LOVE COMMUNITY)
We come together to anchor and raise the frequency of love in our body.
By means of chanting together we will discover the force of our own sound and feel how vibrations work in our body and thereafter experience love and joy by singing mantra, followed by dancing freely in connection with ourselvelves, others and mother Earth (our entire existence). Also we will ask support of our holy medicine Vedicacao (Ayurvedic cacao).

Experiencing inner love ecstacies in consciousness.
The entire universe is changing in a rapid pace and we are changing along. As a human body it is quite hard to adjust to these alterations. Mind and soul can cope with the pace but the body follows behind. This can cause physical complaints. We need to balance our energy levels. This helps us to come into balance with ourselves.
Every individual has several energy strings, both male and female. These levels can be transformed both in Sun and Moon, Yin and Yang, Shiva and Shakti.
In this retreat we will especially focus on the the female energy by means of chakra activity, singing, breathing,
It's all about our female energy. It can heal anything. Our energy is directed inward, to our feelings. In and with these feelings, nothing can grow to something. Female energy can heal and can consequently also heal our male energy.

• DJ Yarun Dee
Over the past 4 years Yarun Dee has developed himself to a DJ with a unique style within the conscious community. He has a sjamanic sound with a large spectre of terrestrial and extraterrestrial influences which he weaves through his sets. The feeling on the dance floor is spatial and connects with heartopening melodies and solid beats. Dancers often experiencea deep ecstacy by the vast spectrum of emotional layers wich are being touched, creating space to the direct experience of being fully present and free. Having Amsterdam as home base he performs on many ecstatic dance festivals all over the world.
• Jelle Schippers (joyful mantra singer)
At the age of 22 Jelle started playing the guitar and (re)discovered his voice. He had the music in him! After making music for several years, he discovered the healing qualities of mantra singing. The vibration of the sound, opening the heart and the vulnerability to use our real voice, is an experience like "sugar for the soul”. He is known for the raw authenticity in his voice; not to float away from, but just to come down to earth.
• Methab Padma Gencboyaci (organisation)
She is a yogi with a distinctive lifestyle consciously living in Now with Breath (pranic life). When she was oppressed by the people who surrounded her, and was told that she couldn’t sing, she decided to set an example for others after her Yoga teachers training. By daring to put herself down and express her voice, she says what she stands for and raise the frequency in her body, soul and mind. She managed to do so by chanting mantras in an Ashram in India. She felt the sensation, healing, unity, earthbound energy and the power of chanting and dancing together.
She wants to live the experience in The Netherlands as well and connect together, becoming one frequency in love and consciousness.
