Op zondag 15 februari nodigen we je van harte uit voor een bijzondere Dance with Life Special:
een verdiepende dag met dans & bewustzijn, cacao ceremonie en klankschalen, en prachtig live intuïtief pianospel van Arjan van Elst.
Deze dag is toegankelijk voor iedereen. Je hoeft geen danservaring te hebben. Alleen de bereidheid om je onbevangen te openen voor de ander en de ervaring.
We openen de dag met een cacao ceremonie, gedragen door de helende klanken van klankschalen en live piano. Een moment om te landen in je lijf, je hart te openen en je af te stemmen op wat wil ontstaan. En te bewegen met wat nu in je leeft. De dans nodigt je uit om in beweging te komen – eerst naar binnen, in jezelf. daarna in verbinding.
Van daaruit verkennen we op een vertraagde, speelse en afgestemde manier de ontmoeting met de ander.
We laten de dans zich ontvouwen in verbinding.
In de Dance of Polarities (Tantric Dance) onderzoeken we:
- Leiden & overgave
- Masculiene & feminiene energie (yin & yang)
- Daadkracht & ontvankelijkheid
- Grenzen voelen, verkennen en uitspreken
- We dansen soms met de ogen gesloten of met een blinddoek, om onbevangen te ontmoeten vanuit het voelen – vanuit het hart.
Dans als spiegel van het leven
De dans laat zien:
- Waar je open bent of je nog inhoudt
- Waar controle wordt vastgehouden of losgelaten
- Hoe je omgaat met grenzen, nabijheid en vertrouwen
- Alles gebeurt in een warme, veilige bedding, waarin we elkaar ontmoeten met respect en openheid.
Wat deze dag zo bijzonder maakt
We weten van tevoren niet hoe de dag zich ontvouwt. De dans, de begeleiding én de muziek ontstaan in het moment.
Arjan improviseert intuïtief op de piano. Soms volgt de muziek de dans. Soms leidt de piano de beweging. We creëren samen – met onze energie, ons lichaam en ons zijn. Dat kan spannend zijn… Niet weten met wie je danst. Je overgeven aan het onbekende. En precies dát maakt het zo magisch ✨💃🕺🎹
De afgelopen drie edities waren uitverkocht. Voor zondag 15 februari begint zich alweer een prachtige groep te vormen.

On Sunday, February 15th, we warmly invite you to a special Dance with Life Special:
a deepening day of dance & awareness, cacao ceremony with singing bowls, and beautiful live intuitive piano music by Arjan van Elst.
This day is open to everyone. No dance experience is needed.
Only a willingness to meet the experience with openness and to connect freely with yourself and others.
We open the day with a cacao ceremony, carried by the healing sounds of singing bowls and live piano. A moment to land in your body, open your heart and attune to what wants to emerge. From there, the dance invites you into movement – first inward, with yourself, and then into connection.
From this grounded place, we explore meeting others in a slow, playful and attuned way.
We allow the dance to unfold naturally in connection.
In the Dance of Polarities (Tantric Dance) we explore:
• Leading & surrender
• Masculine & feminine energy (yin & yang)
• Action & receptivity
• Feeling, exploring and expressing boundaries
At times we dance with eyes closed or blindfolded, inviting an open and embodied meeting from sensation – from the heart.
Dance as a mirror of life
Dance reveals:
• Where you are open or still holding back
• Where control is held or released
• How you relate to boundaries, closeness and trust
Everything takes place within a warm and safe container, where we meet each other with respect and openness.
What makes this day so special
We do not know in advance how the day will unfold.
The dance, the guidance and the music all arise in the moment.
Arjan improvises intuitively on the piano. Sometimes the music follows the dancers. Sometimes the piano leads the movement. We create together – with our energy, our bodies and our presence. This can feel exciting… Not knowing who you will dance with. Surrendering to the unknown. And that is exactly where the magic lives ✨💃🕺🎹
The past three editions were fully booked, and a beautiful group is already forming for Sunday, February 15th.
