In this offering, Melissa and Yaela come together to weave their fields of wisdom into A Sacred Holding.

Melissa gently guides you to the deeper layers within you, to acces the wisdom of your body. Using the practice of Yoga, conscious breath and Embodied Healing. Yaela is a Reiki practitioner and Yogi with spirituality rooted in her bloodline. With all her heart, she uses her intuitive gifts to make you feel safe, grounded, relaxed and seen.

All of us go through things. The ups, the downs. Small things, big things — and everything in between. Some pass quickly, while others might linger. Or have a way of returning again, and again.

Maybe something already comes to mind. A certain situation, feeling, or emotion. Something you’re moving through at this moment.

You are so welcome to join A Sacred Holding. An afternoon of Yin Yoga, Reiki and Embodied Healing. A moment to soften, release, and reconnect with your inner wisdom, all in a small group setting.

Held by the most loving poses of Yin Yoga, we will gently soften and open the body, for you to connect deeply to yourself. As protective layers melt away, space is created for emotions, memories and insights to surface.

The openness of the body allows the healing energy of Reiki to flow through with ease and potency. Reiki flows where it is needed, supporting release, healing, integration and inner harmony.

Let us hold you. So that whatever is ready to shift, soften or transform can do so in its own time.

What to bring 🤍
* Comfortable clothes and cozy socks
* A journal and pen
* Any personal item that brings you a sense of safety or comfort

All yoga equipment will be provided, as well as tea and nourishing snacks.
