Zoals je ademt zo leef je. Tijdens de Adem-Inn sta je bewust stil bij jouw adempatroon. Dit doe je door een uur bewust verbonden te ademen op muziek in een begeleidde sessie. De coaches geven je aanwijzingen die behulpzaam zijn om je adem verder te openen en voorbij eventuele blokkades te gaan. Heb je interesse om meer bewustzijn te ontwikkelen op jouw adem, dan ben je van harte welkom. Je hoeft geen ervaring met ademwerk te hebben.
