Soundbath Sunday - Awakening 2026

About this event

Through gentle waves of sound - created by singing bowls, gongs, chimes, voice and other instruments - you’re invited to unwind, soften the body and awaken into the new year with clarity and presence.

Sound has the power to influence our nervous system on a profound level.
Research shows that slow, harmonic frequencies can support the parasympathetic nervous system, helping the body move from stress into rest and repair. Vibrations also stimulate the vagus nerve, which plays a key role in regulating emotions, digestion and heart rate.

You don’t need any experience, just come as you are, lie down comfortably, and let the sounds wash over you.
