Sunday’s Sound Session is een heerlijke feel-good ervaring waarin je even helemaal mag landen, loslaten en opladen. In de lichte en rustige ruimte van AV Yoga Shala nemen we samen de tijd om te vertragen, je lichaam te voelen en je hoofd tot rust te laten komen. Deze sessie is beginners vriendelijk en toegankelijk.
Tijdens deze sessie lig je comfortabel op je mat met kussens en dekens, terwijl een zachte sound healing je meeneemt in een warme klankenreis. De klanken van kristallen klankschalen, chimes en stem helpen je zenuwstelsel te kalmeren en brengen je in een diepe staat van ontspanning. Perfect als je stress wilt loslaten, je hoofd leeg wilt maken of je zondag bewust en rustig wilt afsluiten.
Je hoeft niets te doen alleen te liggen, te luisteren en te voelen. Geschikt voor iedereen, ook als dit je eerste sound healing is.

De sessie wordt begeleid door Rosa, sound healing facilitator en ceremonie begeleidster. Met haar rustige aanwezigheid en liefde voor klank creëert zij een veilige, ontspannen ruimte waarin je volledig mag loslaten en thuiskomen bij jezelf. Haar sessies zijn toegankelijk, warm en gericht op echte ontspanning, zonder zweverigheid.

Sunday’s Sound Session is a feel-good experience where you can fully arrive, let go and recharge. In the light and peaceful space of AV Yoga Shala, we take the time to slow down, tune into your body and quiet your mind. This session is beginner-friendly and accessible, no experience required.
During this session, you’ll lie comfortably on your mat with cushions and blankets while a gentle sound healing carries you through a warm journey of sound. The vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and voice help calm your nervous system and guide you into deep relaxation. Perfect if you want to release stress, clear your head or consciously and calmly close your weekend.
You don’t have to do anything just lie down, listen and feel. Suitable for everyone, even if this is your first sound healing experience.
