The breath and spine are the foundation of our movement.

Imagine being able to willfully surrender into a deepening sense of rest and spaciousness in the body. From there, you find a rhythm, a movement effortlessly flowing through your spine. It sustains and carries you, allowing you to harmonize your movements to your internal feelings and outside circumstance.

Ultimately, our breath and spine connect us to something greater - it is part of how we are woven into Life's innate intelligence, rippling through our movements in all we do.

This workshop is an introduction to the fundamental
movements of the breath and spine.

We begin with an introspective focus, exploring how our breath and spine can move.

From there, we seek relaxation, control, power, harmonization and flow using various movement patterns.

We come full circle by returning to breath and stillness.

For everyone who is seeking more ease,
power, and embodiment in movement, including:

- (avid) movers of any kind, from dancers to strength athletes

- humans who experience (back)pain and want to try something ‘different’

- humans who seek to reconnect to their body and inner rhythms

- humans seeking to combine refinement with strength

- humans seeking to attune body, mind, and spirit
