Avalon Breathwork 27 maart 2026

About this event

WHAT IS AVALON BREATH WORK?

Our unique approach combines breathwork, acoustic music, energy healing and singing bowls to elevate your energy and reconnect you to your authentic blueprint.

We will create a beautiful collective energy field in our magical Barn. In this field we'll guide you through a series of breathwork exercises, carefully crafted to help you releasing old patterns, reconnecting with your inner child and a deep feeling of inner peace.

Our unique approach also incorporates energy healing (Tibetan healing modality) that will amplify your journey and help you to break through your deepest patterns.

Limited spots available!

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THIS GATHERING:

- Breathing in high vibrational life energy into your cells that may contain lower vibrational information can transform its programming.

- Blockages and limiting patterns such as sadness, anger and grief can be transformed into feelings of peace, serenity and joy.

- Feeling more wholeness and empowered to handle stress, anxiety and lingering trauma.

- Detoxification of your cells and recalibration of your autonomous nervous system.

- Breathing in a group creates a huge energetic field which helps everyone to go deeper and process their work more effectively.

- The combination of sound (healing) frequencies, prana and meditation aids to maximum health benefits
