SYSTEMIC MOVEMENTS - 15th of February 2026

About this event

SOIL SESSIONS | MINI-RETREAT: ARRIVING IN SOUL MOVEMENT

Land Where You Are – Deepen Your Presence – Let Creativity Flow
A mini-retreat to experience deep interconnection through systemic work, breath & movement. Arrive fully in the present, expand inner awareness, and unlock creative flow. Designed for those seeking transformation beyond words — through embodiment.

SOIL stands for both our Soul’s movement and the physical ground we live on. It embodies the interconnectedness of all life. SOIL Sessions offer a space to land again—within yourself, your body, and the greater whole.

Our body is a living, intelligent system—constantly in motion and deeply interconnected with its surroundings. It functions as a field of resonance—a place where memories, emotions, and energies moves through time and space, like a dance.
Through embodied work, we explore how to listen to the language of the body and strengthen the resonance between body, mind, and environment.

What repeating patterns in our lives ask to be seen and felt?

Where is energy flowing, and where is it stagnant?

How does our body communicate with us?

By integrating systemic principles with somatic awareness, we create space to move beyond mental structures toward a deeper experience of the present moment—into a state of wonder. This is a dynamic process where personal and collective themes become visible—a shift from stagnation to flow, from repetition to creation.

What to Expect:

🔹 Connecting with the wisdom of your body
🔹 Experiencing systemic principles through embodiment
