LET'S MOVE TOGETHER

Op zaterdag 29 november gaan we een avond dansen door verschillende landschappen van onze unieke belevingswerelden. De emoties die wij koppellen aan verschillende soorten muziek, bewegende energie en herinneringen. Alles mag er zijn, zonder oordeel, met liefde voor onszelf en naar elkaar. De manier hoe ons lichaam door deze landschappen beweegt geeft ons informatie, activeert de levensenergie en released trauma die vast zit of gezien mag worden. Het is terug naar de essentie, de pure verbinding en het zijn in flow.

Ons lichaam communiceert altijd met ons, met wat er binnenin gebeurd, waar we tegen aan lopen en wat voor patronen wij herhalen. Tijdens het bewegen kunnen wij verbinding maken met wat het lichaam ons verteld, en we kunnen ervoor kiezen om terug te communiceren. Door te durven voelen, door te zien en door er doorheen te bewegen, her-programmeren wij ons systeem. Niet vanuit het forceren, maar vanuit liefde en verzachting. Door te onderzoeken waar de beweging ons naartoe brengt, ons stop zet, of soms zelfs af en toe pijn geeft. Movement is medicine.

Elke sessie is anders, en alles mag komen zoals het komt. Het is een veilige omgeving om expressie te geven aan je authentieke zelf en terug te keren naar je hart. Voel je vrij, verbonden en gedragen door het liefdevolle groepsveld.

Weetjes:
- Twee facilitators die een veilig veld neerzetten voor je om volledig te zijn.
- Het is voor iedereen, je hoeft niet te kunnen dansen, en ongeacht leeftijd, flexibiliteit of ervaring.
- Draag comfy kleding en neem je drinkfles mee als je dat fijn vind.
- Het gaat niet om vaste pasjes, of het perse volgen van het concept, just the flow within.
- Gedurende de reis door verschillende landschappen van emoties kan er lichttaal geactiveerd worden.
- Ook zal er gebruik gemaakt worden van energetisch werk waar het kloppend voelt en alles vanuit uitlijning met het Licht.

"On Saturday, November 29th, we'll spend an evening moving through the diverse landscapes of our own unique worlds of perception. To connect with our emotions through different types of music, energywork, and our bodies memories. Everything is allowed to fully be, without judgment, but with love for ourselves and each other. The way our bodies move through these landscapes provides us information, activates life force energy, and can releases trauma that is in our system or needs to be seen. It's a return to the essence, pure connection, and being in flow.

"Our bodies are always communicating with us, showing us what's happening within, what we carry with us, and which patterns we repeat. While moving, we can connect with what the body is telling us, and we can even choose to communicate back. By daring to feel, to see, and to move through it, we are able to reprogram our system. Not by forcing, but by embracing love and softening our nervous system. We explore where the movement takes us, stops us, or sometimes even causes pain. To gently move through it and show the body a different pathway. Movement is medicine.

Each session is different, and everything is allowed to unfold as it happens. It's a safe space to express your authentic self and return to your heart center. Feel free, connected, and supported by the loving groups field.

Tips:
- Two facilitators will create a safe space for you to fully express yourself.
- It's for everyone; you don't need to be able to dance, regardless of age, flexibility, or experience.
- Wear comfortable clothing and bring your water bottle if you like.
- It's not about fixed steps or necessarily following the concept; just the flow within.
- During the journey through the landscapes of emotions, lightlanguage can get activated and just in the process.
- And we use energy work to deepen the session, always channeled and attuned with the light.
