About this event

English down below

The last weeks of December can feel full and busy, which makes it even more important to consciously take time for yourself!

Rejuvenate after X-mas is your moment to breathe, unwind, and recharge.
With a warm cup of cacao and deeply restorative yin yoga poses, you’ll be guided back into connection with your body and yourself.

The cacao we’ll be sharing comes from Peru and is lovingly cultivated by the Asháninka tribe, an Indigenous community that has been working with this sacred plant for generations.
Cacao opens the heart and brings softness to both body and mind. It helps you slow down, release tension, and return to a loving connection with yourself.

Give yourself this moment of care and restoration.
You’ll feel your energy begin to flow again, your heart open, soft, present, and recharged.

Dress warm and cozy, think thick socks and a comfy hoodie.
After the session, you’re welcome to stay for tea and a chat by the fire.

I'm looking forward to welcome you in the Shed :)

xxx Jamilla

ps: when you enter the premises, drive straight ahead — you’ll see the Shed right in front of you.
To the left, take the unpaved path between the Shed and the garden.
To the right, you’ll find the large green sliding door open.
